💡 Note on Bedding, Configuration & Fees

The standard setup includes one queen bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.

If preferred, the two single beds can be merged into one king bed upon request — please let us know in advance so we can prepare the arrangement before your arrival.



For standard stays using only the master and second bedrooms, no extra charges apply. However, if the sofa bed is used (even when only two guests are staying), an additional $35 fee will be charged to cover the cost of extra bed linens.



👶 Families with Infants

A baby crib (portable cot) is available upon request for an additional $35 per stay. Please let us know in advance so we can have it prepared for your arrival.



A high chair is also available free of charge, but it must be requested in advance, as we don’t keep all high chairs stored in the apartments due to limited space.

Breaches of house rules may result in extra fees, fines, or early termination of the booking.

🕙 Check-out: 10 am (late check-out subject to availability; fees may apply)

🚫 No Parties or Events: $500 cleaning fee + up to $3,000 fine for violations

🔇 Quiet Hours: 9 pm – 7 am (excessive noise may result in $1,000 fine & possible early termination)

🚭 No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside or on property; additional cleaning fees apply

🔑 Lost Keys: Replacement $500 + delivery/locksmith costs if required

🧴 Starter Toiletries: Provided for your arrival (shampoo, conditioner, soap, cleaning supplies)

🧺 Linen & Towels: No changes during stay unless pre-arranged (fees apply). 1 bath towel per guest (No pool towel provided).

🎒 Luggage Storage: Available on request; subject to availability & may incur fees

👠 Floor Protection: To protect the timber flooring, high heels/stilettos are not permitted inside the apartment, as they may cause damage

Our check-in guide will be sent before your stay. It is a link to our website and includes detailed instructions, images and everything else to ensure a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay.



📅 Same-Day Bookings



In order to make arrangements for housekeeping and check-in requirements, we require a booking lead time of at least one day. Hence, we cannot assure a 3pm check-in time for last-minute bookings, particularly when there is a departing guest. Guests who have made advance reservations and need to be checked-in are given priority over last-minute bookings.



⏰ Early Check-in Requests



It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. Once your place is prepared, we will inform you accordingly. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.



⌛ Late Check-out Requests



Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it might be possible to arrange a later check-out time. Kindly get in touch with us after 8 pm on the day prior to your departure to verify if this can be arranged. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if you need to check out after 12 pm, an extra night's fee will be levied and must be paid via the Airbnb Resolution Centre. This payment should be made the night before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be scheduled for the regular check-out time of 10 am.
