This holiday rental in the heart of Bendalong is a classic South Coast beach shack, transformed into a cozy and comfortable sanctuary by the sea.



It is situated next to The Hub, so easy to wake up and order the morning coffees then just tuck your board and towel under your arm and enjoy the stroll to the beach. A beach lover's dream, Saltwater offers close walking access to pristine beaches, with Washerwomans Beach (2 mins), Boat Harbour (4 mins), and Bendalong Beach (5 mins).



Bendalong borders Conjola National Park, with kangaroos in the street, the famous stingrays at the boat ramp, and at the end of the street the pet friendly Waherwoman's Beach. Green Island is a short drive to the south, and the cafes, wineries and shops of historic Milton are 20 minutes away.



Relax on the welcoming wrap around front veranda and read or enjoy a sunset BBQ on the covered back deck after a day of surfing and fishing. There's also a handy hot/cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.



The lounge room is quite spacious and has a slow combustion fire, plush modular sofa, reverse cycle air conditioning and a smart TV, inviting you to relax and unwind.



Wooden floorboards throughout the house have been recently re polished.



Two of the three bedrooms have built-ins, all bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the double bedroom has air conditioning.



Whether you're planning a surf trip, family holiday, romantic escape, or a solo retreat, the property has a queen bed, double bed and two singles. Electric blankets are available for the queen and double beds, and all bed linen provided along with one towel per person, bath mats and hand towels, and tea towels.



There is one bathroom with shower, bathtub and a separate toilet.



Hang out in the large, fully fenced rear yard with native garden. The front yard is also fully fenced for the dog and kids to play.



Pets allowed outside only unless approved.



Onsite driveway parking for two cars, and laundry facilities and board/bike storage available in the shed.
