Ebby’s Beach House is a modern take on the Australian beach shack. This three bedroom getaway is both innovative and beautifully crafted. Designed to emphasise its stunning bush and beach setting and positioned to take in the sun all day long, it's easy to kick back and relax here. You can grab a chair and beach umbrella for a stroll to the beautiful Washerwoman’s Beach, or explore the hidden reefs and beaches for a surf or simply walk along the soft sand beaches.

The space
Enjoy bush and ocean views from a unique location. This architecturally designed, spacious split-pavilion beachside holiday home features 3 bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms along with sun drenched open plan lounge and dining areas, beautifully appointed to accommodate families of every shape and size.

All bedrooms offer uninterrupted bush and garden outlooks.

A little more about each section:

Living Area:
A large plush and comfy couch is a great place to take a nap or chill out for some screen time.
The slow combustion fireplace is perfect for a cool, cosy evening in. Or select a book from the extensive library and relax with your feet up in the leather Chesterfield club wing chair.
Facing north the sun pours into this room all day, looking out across the lawns into the bush you will be amazed at the variety of wildlife, including our resident mob of kangaroos.

Kitchen and Sunroom:
With decks on both sides and flooded with louvre windows and natural light this area is the hub of the home. The open plan kitchen and sunroom has a dining setting for 8 plus additional casual lounge space. The kitchen is centred around a huge island bench with bar stools and is a great place to chat while preparing a meal or have happy hour drinks. The kitchen opens out onto the front deck with BBQ and outdoor seating. Our kitchen is appointed with everything you would need to cook up a feast, including a much loved espresso machine.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom one has a queen size bed, high ceiling and windows on two sides providing beautiful airflow. Overlooking the garden and bush tastefully furnished with antique dresser, wardrobe, rocking chair and natural floor This is a very peaceful room and a great place to escape for an afternoon nap or a quiet read. Bedroom one has an ensuite bathroom, one of two bathrooms in the house.

Bedroom two can be configured as a king bed or two single beds, simple and functional furnishing and artwork with a bush outlook

Bedroom three has four handmade bunk beds with built-in benches and luggage drawers. A great space for the kids to make their own. It has direct access (which can be locked) to the middle deck to give the kids freedom to roam free.

Linen is included within the rates and beds are made to your request with freshly laundered linen plush doonas and pillows and bath towels. If you would like to bring your own linen, please let us know and we can apply a discount.

We have an infant portable cot with linen which can be made up at your request.

Bathrooms:
We have two bathrooms, one with large bath/shower the other with large open walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have clean stone countertops, large mirrors and simple furnishing which keep our bathrooms sparking clean.

We also have an outdoor hot / cold shower, perfect for washing off the salt and the sand.

Outdoor areas:
Ebby’s Beach house is cleverly positioned to take advantage of the beautiful bush views. You can hear the ocean swells and feel the sea breeze whilst watching the native birds and kangaroos.

The yard is large enough for a game of football or cricket.

One of our garages is used as a games room with table tennis, darts, bikes, surfboards, lawn games, and beach gear. The other garage has space for a car to be securely parked.

Guest access
Our guests have full access to all areas of the house and facilities.

Other things to note
We do have a couple of bicycles and surfboards to be used at your own risk.
