Manyana is a quiet coastal village, famed for fantastic year round surfing and fishing, located between Sussex Inlet and Lake Congola less than three hours drive from Sydney and less than 30 minutes from Ulladulla, Milton and Sussex Inlet.

The twin villages of Manyana and Bendalong are the ideal location for your relaxing beach holiday or weekend getaway.

"Beachbreaks @ Manyana" is ideally located just a short walk from Inyadda Beach (Bendalong Back Beach) and Manyana Beach and a leisurely stroll to Green Island and Lake Conjola.

Bendalong's beaches and boat ramp are close by for outside fishing as well as boat ramp access to Lake Conjola and Berringer Lake.

There is a tennis court (must bring own racquets and balls), a soccer field, basket ball courts and a skate park in Manyana.

The property is pet friendly by negotiation . The rear yard is fully fenced and the rear deck is fully roofed .Please indicate if you wish to take your pet at TIME OF ENQUIRY.

The general store at Bendalong can supply most of your needs (including a bottle shop and petrol/diesel). The cafe at Bendalong and pizzas at Cunjurong Point are both worthwhile and the cafes / restaurants in Milton are worth the drive if you feel like something more upmarket.

This three bedroom beach house is recently renovated including new furnishings and reverse cycle air conditioning to include everything you could want for your beach holiday.

Beachbreaks has been set up to accommodate larger family groups or two couples with kids in comfort.

NOTE - please indicate what age range your group is in the Stayz enquiry along with an accurate number of adults and children you wish to stay in the house.

The open plan living area , SMART TV , reverse cycle air conditioning. The huge dining table which seats 8 is sure to be the hub of many memorable family meals feasting on the seafood you have just caught in nearby Lake Conjola or off one of the many nearby beaches!
The kitchen includes a large side by side fridge, microwave and all the essentials for your stay.

Beachbreaks @ Manyana has a stunning North facing front balcony with bush, beach and ocean views to Bendalong great for reading the morning paper or a quiet afternoon drink. For those hot summer days there is a large shady covered back deck with outdoor setting and gas barbecue adjoining the fully fenced secure grassy backyard which is great for the kids to run around (dogs/pets are not allowed inside the house at any time).
