Very pleasant stay in this beautiful house

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house. The ground floor has been recently renovated. The kitchen was very well equipped. Very nice garden and terrace. Very quiet area. Shops are very close by. Good base for visiting St-Malo and the surrounding area. Definitely recommended!

A lovely, well equipped house with a large, usable garden. Good local facilities in this small town some 15 minutes drive from the beaches and 30 minutes to the ferry port. Helpful hosts, easy to contact if needed.

Beautiful house in a very quiet surrounding

We had a wonderful stay in this house. It is conveniently located and absolutely clean and quiet. We travelled with our daughter in a wheelchair. The ground floor of the house is absolutely suitable for a wheelchair user. There is only a small threshold at the entrance. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area and I would recommend the house in a heartbeat.

La maison de Delphine et Hervé est parfaite, au calme tout en étant bien située pour visiter.Elle est bien équipée et Delphine a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Le jardin est lui aussi très bien entretenu et apaisant.Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine avec grand plaisir.

Magnifique maison tout équipée, décorée avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons pu fêter Noël à 10 sans difficulté (seulement 7 dormaient sur place) auprès du sapin de Noël et du feu de bois. C'était parfait!

Très beau week-end en famille !!! Maison à proximité de tous les commerces , idéalement situé pour visiter les environs Saint Malo, Dinard , le mont saint michel! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , idéal pour se retrouver en famille (calme, grand jardin, de nombreux jeux pour enfant). La maison était très propre et les propriétaires très gentils !! 😃

Nous avons séjourné à 8 adultes pour seux nuits pour nous rendre à un mariage Environnement super bien placé au calme beau jardin avons pu profiter du barbecue et du jardin ! Les chambes sont spacieuses et la cuisine bien équipée Seul bémol une odeur désagréable au rez de chaussée et humidité apparente dans les toilettes du bas .

Bonjour Nous avons pris connaissance de vos remarques. Concernant la petite trace d humidité dans les toilettes,il n agit que de traces anciennes d humidité. Le problème d infiltration a été résolu depuis longtemps.Au sujet de l apparition d'odeur,nous venons effectivement de constater une légère odeur qui est très récente puisque aucun locataire ne nous l avait signalé auparavant. Nous avons identifié l origine de cette odeur dans l arrière cuisine et avons remédier à ce problème. En espérant que ces légers désagréments n ont en rien perturbé votre sejour. Au plaisir Hervé
