A great picturesque cottage and very well equipped. Jane was very accommodating and contactable during our stay but it was also very private so we could enjoy the surrounds in peace. The amenities and breakfast provided exceeded our expectations. Will definitely recommend and also be staying here again.
We had a fantastic stay! We especially loved daily visits from the two horses in the pasture. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated and impeccably maintained. It is well equipped with everything you might need for a restful getaway. The mattresses and linens were very comfortable and made for restful sleep. Jane was an excellent host, provided fantastic ingredients for us to cook breakfast and was very responsive to any inquiries.
Loved our stay & how peaceful it was.
Very relaxing spot - wifi not good if you need to do any work/emails. Hosts provided lovely items for breakfast.
Would stay again!

Belle’s Cottage is a well located, private, clean and well provisioned accommodation.
Jane is the perfect host, friendly and approachable without being intrusive.
The beds are comfortable and in such a peaceful location you are sure to sleep well and feel rested.
We spent our third visit to Belles Cottage within 2 years and our experience was as good if not better than our first 2 visits so much so we are planning our next stay with Jane and Fergus. This time around I had a conference in the city. I was able to balance my work at the conference with the “extra curricular” activities on tap in the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale. Jane’s attention to detail has not waivered. You will not be disappointed however please ensure you do not book the Cottage when we are planning our next trip to Adelaide! Geoff
We stayed at Belles Cottage for our wedding night. We were amazed at how clean and stunning the place was. We used the 2-way open fireplace at night to create the cozy feel.
We also had a hit of tennis on the immaculate condition.
Jane was always easy to contact and we will definitely be back to stay for another anniversary! Thanks!
Cannot fault this beautiful property. Stunning location, easy to access the Main Street in Stirling and exceptionally clean. The amenities and breakfast were so thoughtful and made us feel at home and comfortable.
Thank you to Jane for her incredible hospitality and making us feel so special. Your care for your guests is incredible. Photos do not do this property justice. We will be returning!
This was our second stay at Belle's Cottage. We stayed longer this time (for a week). Our high expectations based on our last stay 6 months ago were met and exceeded! We are looking forward to our next stay
Private, quiet, luxurious, well thought out, everything on hand, gracious hostess who was keen to assist in making my stay a memorable one. Fantastic location, many great tasty eateries within easy reach. Recommended - absolutely.

Such a beautiful little cottage with some stunning winter/autumn scenery. Perfect weekend away for a couple, small family or a few friends. The fire was lovely for the cold evenings. Super close to Stirling & Aldgate! Owners were easy to communicate and everything was wonderful including items to cook breaky at the cottage. We will definitely be back
Friends and I stayed at Belle's cottage for two nights and absolutely loved it! It is a beautifully designed and decorated property and the host, Jane, has thought of everything and added plenty of touches to make it feel like home. The wood heater is just amazing and warms the whole house. Breakfast provisions were delicious. We all wanted to move in, ha ha! Thank you Jane for a wonderful stay, we will be back! Amie

very very comfortable, host was most helpful. Great fire and plenty of fire wood. Couldn't work out the Smeg oven, however nice places to eat out in and around Stirling. All in all we had a very special weekend catching up with family, and staying at Belle's was a real positive.
From checking out the chickens and sheep daily to enjoying views from the porch or walks in the neighbourhood, this stay was just perfect for us with our 15 month old. See you soon!
Every attention to detail and no expense has been spared in the presentation of Belle's Cottage. We usually stay in high end accommodation and Belle's Cottage delivers in spades. The owner Jane is the perfect host both accommodating and providing helpful tips throughout our stay. The location is the perfect jump off point to the Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Adelaide and surrounds. Jane's family dog Arlo's visits were a treat. We will definitely be returning here. 11 out of 10
Totally exceeded our expectations. The cottage had so many thoughtful touches and the environment was very relaxing. Jane was kind and welcoming, and offered some great tips on where to eat. Would definitely love to come back again!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We stayed with some friends to celebrate the New Year and a birthday. We already knew how great this place was but now we have another 2 converts. A great way to unwind. Peaceful, absolutely what everyone needed to say goodbye to 2020.
Best ingredients available for the big breakfast. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience again.

Thank you Liz and Chris for your kind words and support. Ferg and I look forward to hosting you again in the future, perhaps in Autumn this time? 🍂 Happy 2021!
My groomsmen & I stayed at this property in the leadup to our wedding, and we were blown away.
First of all, if you think the photos are stunning, the actual house itself will take your visionary senses to that next level. Rustic and warm, with a slick touch of modernism blended in. We were in awe, with my mates and even our photographer asking us a bunch of questions about the property so that they too could stay here in the future. Our photographer who has a decade plus of experience under his belt filming weddings around the world said it was the best cottage hes ever seen. Legitimately.
Secondly, additional features if hosting larger guests. The owners provided ample supplies for us to cook more than enough breakfast to feed four grown men. There was a lot we didnt use too. Fresh eggs from the chicken coup, a herb garden free for us to use, a footy oval, well maintained tennis court, basketball ring, surrounding gardens and driveways; Adelaide Hills scenery exemplified. Very secluded too from the main road, but easy to find, and the owners made it easy to check in and out. You will feel like you are a world away.
Finally, the owner's customer service. Great communication from the get go online, always happy to give advice re where to eat or what kind of scenery shots are available for photo opps, and even home baked cookies with a personalised note - she knew how to be personal, attentive, and welcoming, whilst giving us our space so that we felt like we had truly gotten away from the everyday hustle and bustle of life.
This was an unforgettable experience that set the tone for a weekend that will live in our hearts forever, and it has my highest recommendation if you are considering a getaway house in the hills for a special occasion. Thankyou.
