Overall, the house was a nice size, located in a quiet neighbourhood, and was generally clean upon arrival. However, there were a few issues during our stay that impacted the experience.The biggest concern was the carpet, which was noticeably filthy and appeared to need a deep cleaning. The pool was also not cleaned during our stay, and there was no pool net available to maintain it ourselves. Basic cleaning supplies such as a broom were also missing, which would have been helpful.We also tried contacting the host several times throughout our stay and unfortunately received no response.That said, the property itself has a lot of potential, and we would consider staying here again if these concerns were addressed.

The listing states that the pool is heated but it is not. We asked property owner if they would heat the pool for us prior to our visit but were told that since we are only staying 3 days, they would not. My kids were very excited to have use of a private pool so we attempted to use it, but the water was ice cold and unbearable for longer than a few minutes. This was the main reason we chose this home to rent. Owner did not respond when I politely asked for a partial refund to accommodate us for this. House was clean except for the outdoor receptacles which were full of trash. Close proximity to an attractive golf course however no one in my family golfs. Close proximity to Walmart. 40 minute drive to Disney/Universal.

Do not stay here if you value host communication or a clean pool. I chose this house because it had a pool and when I arrived, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Dirt built up around the sides, and lots of bugs (mostly gnats). I couldn't find a pool skimmer anywhere on the property, and there was clearly no filtration process at all (water stood still). The review right before mine says the same thing - dirty pool and filthy carpets. I messaged the host on day 2 to ask about cleaning the pool and the responses were few and far between with excuses, and it never did get done in the week I stayed there. I also left 3 voicemail messages at the number they provided saying they are open 7 days a week, but those were never returned. So, I really didn't get to use the pool. Disappointing at best. It was nice to stay in a gated community, and it was close enough to the area of interest to me, but I wouldn't use this particular company again (not VRBO - they were awesome and provided good customer service with my issues). Size of the house was sufficient, and most kitchen items were provided, which was nice.
