Spacious living room with a couch and love seat for easy TV viewing on a beautiful 60-inch flat screen TV. This villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Private fully screen-in pool with a beautiful view overlooking the 2nd hole of the challenging Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, walk-in closet and 3-piece ensuite including a glass enclosed walk-in shower.

The 1st guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and ample closet space.

The 2nd guest bedroom is equipped with a twin bed and a bunk bed with a futon on the lower level that can be lowered into a double bed. Plenty of sleeping space for guests.

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen and satellite TV. The entire house can accommodate sleeping space for 8 people comfortably.

The spacious pool deck is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee watching the sun rise or a late night glass of wine watching the beautiful sun set in the Florida sky.
The kitchen stove, microwave, and the washer and dryer have all been upgraded in October 2023.

Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric carts included).

The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch, along with popular Trivia Night on Tuesday nights

Nice House on Golf Course with Pool

Very enjoyable stay, especially if you like golf. Back of house faces south on fairway(so you get sun from sunrise to sunset in pool area), pool is nice, neighborhood is also peaceful.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home and golf course. Clean pool, relaxing vacation. Attentive owner. We have been renting for years at Southern Dunes and this was by far the best experience we have had renting.

Had a great stay!

We arrived to find a minor house keeping issue. Contacted Robert through VRBO and he responded immediately with a resolution. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed a lot of time in the pool. The master bedroom was a very comfortable King size bed. The house had all of the basics and was a comfortable stay for us. Very quick and easy communication with the host. (This is out of the owners control - one downside - we had parking in the driveway, but too many cars parked on both sides of the street making it very tight to get through. Our driveway was blocked twice by neighboring vehicles, but they moved them as soon as they were asked. We often had to back up or turn around to go the other way out of the gated complex to get through.
