Flowing seamlessly from the living area is a fully equipped full-size kitchen and dining area, featuring a six-seater setting perfect for shared meals and laughter-filled gatherings.

On the lower level, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The second bedroom treats you to a charming back deck, ideal for basking in the warm afternoon sun and enjoying moments of tranquility.

Security is paramount, with an electric gate providing peace of mind, along with a remote-controlled garage on the ground floor and additional visitor parking within the gated area.

Our townhouse comes fully equipped with modern amenities to enhance your stay, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a range of appliances such as a microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
