House was clean and perfect for our needs. We did not spend much time at the house however if you are planning to do any cooking there are limited cooking items available. The host was great with communication and details. Would stay here again.

The property was extremely clean, and the checkin was super easy. There were several repair items needed that we did our best to not make worse, but definitely need addressed such as the broken bed frame and handrail. The backyard is not fully secure if you have a small sneaky curious dog, like we do.

The property is fine. It has a fenced in yard which was just what we were looking for. There were broken door handles and squeaky floors. The air conditioning was not on when we arrived, which was on an especially hot day when we were already in a rush to get to a rehearsal dinner. It wasn’t ideal. The host had no flexibility with the check-in time so make sure a 4:00 PM check-in works for you if you stay here.

Great location, huge yard, home-like atmosphere. The only surprise was that the first level additional bathroom is actually in the finished basement. I guess that’s technically the first level, but we were expecting it on the main level of the home. Overall, that was just a minor inconvenience for our group. The living room could probably use some additional seating, but we managed. We loved the house and the location, it was very convenient to downtown Cincinnati and northern Kentucky locations. Bonus points for the awesome coffee maker.
