PRIVATE LAKE FRONT COTTAGE near Burks Falls


Welcome to this enchanted gem nestled in a quiet bay on pristine spring-fed lake. This oversized A-frame cottage captures a true Muskoka experience. HUNTER FOREST PLACE is located 30 minutes north of Huntsville, near Burk’s Falls.

The open-concept main level offers an updated IKEA kitchen equipped with all amenities including keurig coffee maker. a breakfast bar and adjacent dining area. The Great room has floor-to-ceiling windows, rustic pine floors, vaulted ceiling, and a propane fireplace — plus a karaoke machine for fun evenings.

The main level includes three bedrooms, two bedrooms off the side of the Great room (1 single bed in one bedroom) and another side bedrooom (2 single beds). The third bedroom has a queen bed. A full bathroom with walk-in shower and washer /dryer.

Upstairs, enjoy the primary bedroom, with a queen bed and a cozy loft with two double beds, plus a two-piece bathroom.

Enjoy the walk out deck with porch swing and BBQ, Take in beautiful sunsets, (Western exposure) Enjoy visits from hummingbirds. The private dock and kids’ raft offers 160 feet of waterfront for swimming, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. Life jackets are provided. Relax in the hammock, enjoy starry evenings at the firepit or in the screened in gazebo.

The town of Hunstville offers great shopping and many excellent restaurants. Both Burk's Falls and Sudridge are 15 minutes away and provides good grocery shopping and LCBO/Beer store.
