Just steps from The District, enjoy shopping, dining, cinemas and waterfront walks, all within the Free Tram Zone. The 2-bedroom apartment features queen beds, a full bathroom plus separate powder room, secure parking and effortless access to Melbourne’s CBD.

There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds in each and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Ample living/dining space for four people with views of Victoria Harbour. A shared heated pool and gym are also available to use.

What makes this property unique

The view is spectacular. Many nights we turn the tv off and sit on the balcony watching the harbour and lights of the city.

We have supplied some board games, as well as a 55” new tv. Watch your own DVDs, or log into your Disney+, Netflix, Stan or binge accounts.

The kitchen is complete if you want to prepare meals at home. But honestly, the coffee machine is the appliance that gets the biggest work out!
