Just a 500metre stroll to the shores of Culburra Beach and Fishwick’s Café, the home offers open-plan living, modern comforts, and sun-filled rooms - the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy coastal life.
Downstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light, creating a relaxed space to cook, unwind, and spend time together. The layout balances shared living spaces with private areas, making it ideal for longer stays or group getaways.
Guests can enjoy seamless indoor–outdoor living, from relaxing on the comfortable outdoor lounge to dining al fresco at the outdoor dining table with barbecue - perfect for leisurely mornings, sunset drinks, or casual gatherings with friends and family.
Air conditioning keeps the home comfortable on hot summer days and cosy in winter, while ceiling fans in Bedrooms 1 and 2 add extra comfort.
The spacious garage accommodates two cars, with additional street parking available for guests.
Bedrooms. The three bedrooms are located upstairs.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, large walk-in robe, and ensuite with shower.

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (double and single) with a single trundle underneath.
Bathrooms. The home offers two-and-a-half modern bathrooms. Upstairs, there’s a full bathroom with a bath and shower, and an ensuite with shower attached to Bedroom 1. A convenient powder room is located downstairs for added ease.
Guest access. Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire townhouse during their stay. This includes the garage, all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one additional powder room (downstairs), open-plan living and dining areas, and the fully equipped kitchen.
Private outdoor areas are also available for guest use. There are no shared spaces - the property is yours to enjoy as a private and comfortable home away from home.
Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a secure access code with instructions for self check-in.
Other things to note. This property is best suited for families, couples, and small groups looking for a relaxed coastal stay.
The townhouse is located in a quiet residential area, so we ask guests to be respectful of neighbours, especially in the evenings.
While the home is family-friendly, it is not set up for parties or events.
This is a two-storey property. All bedrooms and main bathrooms are located upstairs.
