Heated Pool Notice
This property features a heated pool to make your stay even more enjoyable! If you’d like the pool warmed up for your vacation, please send us an email request at least 48 hours before your arrival so we can have everything ready for you. Pool heat is not available during the summer months and is most effective when outdoor temperatures stay above 50°F. If temperatures reach or drop below 50 degrees, the heater will not work properly, and we may not be able to offer this feature even if a request was placed in advance. The best times of year to enjoy a heated pool are typically September, November, March, April, and May, though this can vary depending on the weather. If the ambient temperature allows for use of the heater in December, January, or February we will gladly activate this feature for your vacation. When available, the heater keeps the pool at a comfortable 85–88°F. To make sure your request is fulfilled, please email your pool heating request directly to your agent, regardless of the specific booking channel used to secure your vacation.

Stay Requirements: 3-night minimum stay during the summer and 2- night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 4 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twin Bunk Beds, 2 Queen Sofa Beds, and 1 Twin Sofa Sleeper.
Parking: Assigned parking for seven vehicles.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the front door (doorbell camera).
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
