The house was beautiful and spacious. We didn’t really have a need to contact our host but our host did provide their mobile number just in case. It was a very smooth booking process. Would definitely book this property again. Happy customer over here

My family were very disappointed with the state of this property. Upon arrival it seemed as if the house had not been cleaned. There were piles of dead flies on windowsills and dead moths on the floors. The dishwasher was full of dirty unwashed dishes, and we had to run a load and empty it when it wasn't our mess! All the crockery, glassware and cutlery in the cupboards and drawers were unclean and grimy, and we had to run continuous loads of the dishwasher to wash all items before we could eat or drink. There were no kitchen supplies provided. We had to go to Woolworths and buy cleaning spray, cloths, sponges and scourers for washing up, plus tea towels. The utensils for cooking were so gross, warped, melted, paint peeling. We had to buy some cheap knives at Kmart to use for food prep (and have left them there for the next renter) The pantry was locked with a key that we were not given, so we had nowhere to store our food. The maintenance of the house was also neglected. The shower in one ensuite was leaking and water gushed out onto the floor. Exhaust fans did not work in the other ensuite, so everything became wet with condensation. The toilet brush had a broken handle. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of this property was very poor. When I contacted the property manager Matthew, he was very responsive and came the next day to drop over some supplies which we appreciated. The owner needs to invest in some outdoor furniture as there is none and we could not sit out.
