Welcome to Victory Villa, a charming 3-bedroom weatherboard cottage beautifully decorated for a cozy, homely feel. Enjoy the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace and explore the expansive, cool climate gardens, offering plenty of space for kids to play and roam freely.

Victory Villa is a classic Blue Mountains cottage nestled on a quiet, leafy street, just a short 12-minute walk or 2-minute drive from Leura Mall. The train station is also a short 8 minute walk to the house. This charming retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends.

The lounge room offers a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings, along with efficient gas heaters and a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, Stan and Disney. Please note, your hosts will supply a starter pack of firewood but additional firewood can be purchased locally.

The cottage, all on a single level, features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a newly renovated ensuite with luxurious underfloor heating. Each bedroom is equipped with free-standing convection heaters to ensure warmth during colder months. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

There is a large family bathroom which is in original condition and features a claw foot tub, freestanding shower bathroom essentials supplied by your host.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Dine at the small table for two in the kitchen or the larger table that seats six in the separate dining area. Step outside to the spacious back deck, which offers ample seating and a perfect spot to enjoy the views of the beautiful cool climate garden. The front garden also features a small dining area and a firepit (BYO wood).

Additional amenities include an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a driveway with space for one car (limited additional street parking is available). For our guest travelling with young children, we supply a portacot (BYO linen) and a highchair.

By completing this reservation, you agree to the following:

1. You will be required to complete our guest verification portal, including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card at the time of booking. A $1000 security deposit will be held on your credit card 3 days before your check-in date.

2. Your check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process is successfully completed.

Guests have access to the entire house and garden.

We won`t be available in person during your stay but are a phone call away if you need assistance!
