Welcome to Fernburn Aorangi Peaks, a contemporary, light-filled home designed for effortless comfort and relaxed Wanaka living. With its high ceilings, expansive glazing, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow, this modern three-bedroom escape is ideal for families, couples, and friends seeking space, style, and mountain scenery.
Step into an open-plan living area where natural light pours in from every angle. Large sliding doors open onto the sun-soaked deck and private garden, creating a beautiful extension of the living space. Enjoy cosy evenings by the wood burner, unwind in the second lounge/media room, or take in the alpine surroundings from the comfort of the sofa.
The fully equipped kitchen features stone benchtops, a breakfast island, and high-quality appliances—perfect for preparing meals and entertaining throughout your stay.
BEDROOMS
Sleeps up to 6 guests across three peaceful, beautifully styled bedrooms:
Master Bedroom with Ensuite:
A calming retreat with a king bed, floor-to-ceiling glazing, direct access to the deck, a private modern ensuite with walk-through wardrobe.
Bedroom Two:
A warm, inviting queen room with modern décor and soft, comfortable bedding.
Bedroom Three:
A bright twin room featuring two single beds—ideal for children, friends, or extra guests.
This room can also be made up as a king bed upon request (fee applies). Please note: this room does not have an ensuite, and we must be notified at the time of booking if you would like the bed configuration changed.
Media Room:
Pullout couch. Not recommended for a couple.
BATHROOMS
The home offers two modern bathrooms plus an additional guest toilet for convenience.
You’ll find a private master ensuite with a tiled walk-in shower, a second main bathroom with another walk-in shower, and an additional guest toilet conveniently located off the lounge.

We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
