Additionally, the second lounge is ideal as kids' hang out and can be converted into a fourth bedroom with two long single beds, which can zip together to form a king bed. Comfortably accommodating up to 8 people.
The main living and dining area is located on the upper level and opens out onto a balcony that offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with a large island bench and separate scullery, making it perfect for entertaining.
The stunning master bedroom is also located on the upper level and opens out onto the main balcony, offering beautiful mountain and lake views. The two guest bedrooms and second lounge/fourth bedroom are all located on the ground floor and open out onto a patio. The property also features a grassed area for children to play.
For those visiting Wanaka to ski, the property has a conveniently located drying room that can accommodate gloves, jackets, and snow pants. Additionally, the property is within easy walking distance of Wanaka's many restaurants and shops, making it easy to leave the car behind.

Bedroom 4: A second lounge/media room which can be closed off and used as a bedroom with 2 King Singles. Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have a king-sized bed upon request, with a fee applicable for this customization. Note this room does room does not have an ensuite.

We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
