The unit itself was fine, the outside is disgusting. All mold and rotting wood. Definitely needs some work done. On the inside: coffee pot takes 45 minutes to perk, the beds although comfortable have this awful noise getting in and out, the door rugs need replacing because they are wet and dirty, door handle to slider needs some tending too, pillows are awful, and silverware is limited. I will say the people at Happy were wonderful and very helpful. We will use you again but not for this place!
