The Space:

Downstairs, the main living area centres on a striking stone fireplace, inviting you to settle into the leather lounge with a glass of local wine or unwind with a movie on the wall-mounted TV. Upstairs, a second living zone with leafy outlooks offers space to read, relax or enjoy a quiet night in, while a desk by the window provides a light-filled workspace.
The kitchen is sleek and functional, featuring quality appliances including an oven, stovetop and dishwasher, plus a generous breakfast bar for slow mornings. A walk-in pantry keeps everything organised, complete with extras like an air fryer, espresso machine and microwave. The adjoining dining area brings everyone together for shared meals and easy conversation.
Step onto the covered alfresco, where outdoor lounge seating, a gas BBQ and bar-style table set the scene for easy outdoor dining. Overlooking the trail, it’s a peaceful spot for slow breakfasts, sunset drinks and quiet moments immersed in nature.
Bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across both levels for comfort and flexibility. The primary bedroom sits on the ground floor with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and calming tones for restful nights. Two full bathrooms serve the home, including a family bathroom with a deep bathtub and a separate shower.
A private laundry with a washer, dryer and ample bench space adds everyday convenience. Guests enjoy free garage parking for two vehicles, along with complimentary bikes for exploring nearby trails and the coastline. Please note that a split-system air conditioner is located in the main downstairs living area only.

Venture a little further to explore Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park, 11 minutes away, tee off at Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club in six minutes, or discover nearby cellar doors and guided wine tours throughout the Margaret River region.
