We love travel - we also love our home in the Yukon, and winter retreats on lovely Vancouver Island! The Island has so much to offer - including the sweet, warm Pacific parks and beaches on the Salish Sea, and the incredibly welcoming and diverse locals and adventure opportunities!!

Why they chose this property

Our neighbourhood is prized for its peaceful location in North Nanaimo, with a beautiful view of the Salish Sea and North Shore mountains - and evening golden sunsets. If you're lucky - you'll see whales! We joke that from this location you're 20 minutes for anywhere in Nanaimo - ferry or float plane docks, downtown, shopping, or even Parksville! Swimming beaches and park hikes are even closer.
