The home accommodates up to six guests and features three bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements, including two king beds, one full bed, and one twin bed. With 2.5 bathrooms, the villa provides ample space and convenience for families or small groups.



The living area is bright and welcoming, offering comfortable seating and a TV for relaxing evenings. A cozy reading area with views of the pool provides a quiet spot to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals and connects seamlessly to the dining and living areas, creating an easy and open flow throughout the home.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor living areas, the screened pool area, lanai, and outdoor spaces. The property is reserved solely for our guests to ensure privacy and comfort throughout the stay.

A car is recommended for getting around Cape Coral comfortably. The central location allows easy access to dining, shopping, beaches, and attractions throughout Southwest Florida, as well as convenient connections to Fort Myers and surrounding areas.
