POOL: Caged pool with no pesty insects, with SOLAR heating system. December -February may be to cool to swim depending on the ambient temperatures.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, coffee maker, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile backsplash, toaster. New appliances!

INDOOR LIVING: Newly renovated interior w/ Spanish-style décor, 4 flat-screen TVs w/ Roku, tall ceilings, 2 dining tables, bar.
