The ground floor features a spacious living room with a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing inside. The dining area seats six next to a well equipped kitchen with appliances like a rice cooker and coffee machine. Just from the dining area the doorway to your own private courtyard perfect for the afternoon cup of tea and good book. Behind the kitchen is a convenient laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
