The home is ideal for Monash University students, visiting researchers, hospital staff, or workers involved in the Suburban Rail Loop Clayton project. It provides a practical and relaxed place to stay with comfortable bedrooms, shared living areas, and essential amenities for both short and longer stays.
The location is extremely convenient. Public buses stop directly in front of the house with easy access to Monash University, Monash Hospital, and Clayton Shopping Centre. Clayton Train Station is also nearby, offering a quick train ride to Melbourne CBD in around 20 minutes.
For guests who enjoy the coast, Mentone and Mordialloc beaches are only a short drive away. The property is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood while still being close to shops, restaurants, and public transport.
The house includes parking space for one vehicle in the driveway and is a comfortable base for study, work, or exploring Melbourne’s south-east.
