About this property

"Beach Villa Baabe 6 - time out". Experience a relaxing "break" in our luxurious apartment in 2014 newly built beach villa Baabe. We spoil you with direct beach location, certified whirlpool, sauna and fireplace.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally.
A security deposit of 150, - € is payable in advance.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request.
Firewood is included.

Our apartment is about 100m from the flat white sand beach. It is located in the 1. Upper floor of the beach villa Baabe and can be reached either via an elevator or the stairwell. The apartment extends to 73 m², is barrier-free and allergic friendly and offers enough space for 4 people.

In the cozy living area with fireplace, you will find a spacious seating set, a smart 3D TV incl. Blu-Ray player and a mini stereo system available. Of course, there is no lack of a private WLAN with free internet access.

The open kitchen with a bright dining area and an integrated bar invites you to linger. On the spacious balcony you will find comfortable garden furniture and a beach chair. Listen to the sound of the waves over a delicious drink in the evening.

In our two bedrooms you can enjoy your well-deserved rest after an eventful day. One bedroom has a double bed (continuous mattress), while the other has two single beds. In both bedrooms there is another TV.

For protection against small pests, insect screens are installed on the windows of the bedrooms, in the bathroom and on the balcony door.

Hygiene is very popular. We have an automatic flushing unit in the apartment, which causes according to regulation DVGW 6023 in the absence and vacancy every 72 hours a hygiene flushing of the drinking water. So you always have fresh drinking water available.

Another highlight - our wellness bath with certified whirlpool and bio-sauna!

After an extensive sweat bath, the floor-level spa shower ensures a refreshing cooling. Alternatively, find relaxation in a relaxing "bubble bath". The second bathroom also has a shower and toilet.

Our holiday home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy friendly. We offer smoke and pet free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We offer protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.

Eine traumhafte Auszeit

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll detailliert eingerichtet mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Wir haben es sehr genossen nach einem langen Herbstspaziergang am Strand, der nur ein Katzensprung von der Wohnung entfernt ist, in den warmen Whirlpool zu steigen. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Auszeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Einziges Manko, was für mich eigentlich gar nicht geht, war ein komplett verstopfter Abfluss in der Dusche! Das Wasser lief überhaupt nicht ab, das Sieb war komplett voll mit Haaren, was ich zum sauber machen sehr eklig empfand und deshalb auch 2 Sterne Abzug gibt. Dies muss bei der Reinigung der Dusche auffallen, wobei ich somit auch die Reinigung der Dusche in Frage stelle. Eine Anfrage an den Objektverwalter zur Verwendung von im Keller befindlichen Fahrrädern blieb leider unbeantwortet. Gleich am ersten Tag hatten wir kein Wasser, was auf einen Schaden im Keller zurückzuführen war. Auch hier war der Objektverwalter nicht erreichbar, dafür hat sich Fewo&Meer direkt gemeldet und eine Rückinformation gegeben. Fewo&Meer kann ich hier nur bestens weiterempfehlen. Ebenso die Wohnung, die wirklich top ausgestattet und in sehr guter Lage ist. Wirklich einziger Kritikpunkt an die Objektverwaltung inpunkto Sauberkeit und Erreichbarkeit.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man sich wünscht. Hier hat sich jemand wirklich Gedanken bei der Einrichtung gemacht. Sehr zu empfehlen.
