Cozy cottage close to the lake. Bush walking tracks right behind the cottage. Wildlife at your doorstep. Sleeps a maximum of 4 people. Ideal for 2 couples or a small family. 30 minute drive to Selwyn Snow Resort. Electric heating, WIFi connected TV for streaming services (no free to air TV reception), laundry with clothes dryer, kitchen with crockery and utensils. Two bedrooms with a double bed in each bedroom. Tank water only so please keep showers as short as possible. Family size dining table and chairs

Cosy cottage is lovely, very clean, the kitchen is very well supplied, beds are great, heating is effective and easy to use; location is ideal for the short walk to the lake for fishing, walking or just being in touch with nature.

Carol was a fantastic guest and will be warmly welcomed back if she is ever this way again. House was left clean and communication was friendly and thoughtful . I would recommend her to any other property owner as a AAA guest.

Thanks so much for our stay at the Cosy Cottage. It’s close to Mt Selwyn ski fields which is great. Paul was also very helpful when we had extra questions about our stay.
