Checkin instructions were easy to follow. The 2 br apartment was very clean and outfitted with everything we needed for our 3 day stay. It was very quiet and comfortable. Full kitchen with all new utensils and dishes. Sam is a gracious and responsive host and made us feel very welcome.Beds are very comfortable with memory foam mattresses.Location is great with shopping nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was good as a base to travel around the area. The location was ideal for travel to Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, Hamilton and Burlington and for travel to both lakes Ontario and Erie. Additionally travel to Toronto was short.The property had all necessary supplies and the hosts were wonderful.Two drawbacks: the apartment was in a nicely finished basement but it was cold although the hosts provided heaters which solved that issue. And there was no ability to be outdoors at the apartment if you chose not to travel on a given day.
