Agréable appartement avec parking dans une résidence arborée très calme. Il se compose d'un séjour cuisine donnant sur terrasse. Dans l'espace nuit se trouvent un WC indépendant, une salle d'eau et une chambre avec lit 140.
SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE:
La résidence sécurisée par portail automatique et code LES 4 SAISONS est située dans le quartier de la Pinède;
En saison, vente de pains et viennoiseries le matin à l’entrée de la résidence (Juillet et Août uniquement).
La Plage de sable " LA ROQUILLE" est accessible par voie piétonnière en moins de 15 minutes à pieds. Centre International de tennis du Cap d'Agde accessible à 5 minutes à pieds.
