Four of the bedrooms are king suites with a luxurious hotel-style bed and bathroom finishes. The fifth bedroom has four singles and is ideal for children, extra guests, or separate adults.

With standout gourmet appliances and separate dining areas for entertaining, the house is set up for preparing, cooking and sharing meals together. The kitchen is equipped with Wolf appliances, including grill, stove and oven and Fisher & Paykel fridge. The house features several indoor and alfresco dining areas so guests can easily transition from a fancy dinner on the veranda to a relaxed al fresco meal by the pool.

Relaxation is at the heart of this home, with an expansive magnesium pool, gas-heated magnesium spa and fully fitted cabana with Capital BBQ featuring teppanyaki plate. The covered cabana has remote operated pergola roof, four side mesh walls and roof heating. Take a dip in the pool or chill out under one of the large alfresco gas fireplaces. As evening falls, guests can dine outside by the pool and outdoor fire or relax in the cabana by the spa. Low mood garden lighting turns this home into a resort by night.
