Renovated 3rd-Floor Condo w/ Pool, Near Dewey Beach & Boardwalk

Newly renovated and furnished 3rd floor condo in The Palms condominiums on Route 1 South about 1 1/2 miles to the beach and boardwalk. Ensuite bedroom has 1 Queen sized bed with full bath and one other bedroom with 2 twin beds, and also a queen size sleep sofa in the living room. Complex has a nice community pool and you are an easy 5 mile drive to historic downtown Lewes and less than 2 miles to downtown Dewey Beach for nightlife. 2 parking spots at the complex for parking.

Guests can purchase a USD70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a USD3,000 refundable security deposit.

Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.

Rooftop pools are opened from May 25th to September 1st.
