The home comfortably sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms (queen beds in each bedroom and 1 double sized sofa bed) and 2 baths. Relax by the pool for an alternative to the beach. The balcony is partially screened with a ceiling fan for your comfort and a separate sitting area. Enjoy your morning coffee or take in a sunset while over looking the community pool and pond.
The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen (including stainless steel appliances, china to serve 10, coffee maker, Kerrigan K-Cup coffee maker, waffle-maker, Caphalon cookware, washer/dryer, flat screen tvs, dvd player, cd player, ceiling fans, and much, much more.

Fantastic Stay in Rehobeth Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and lovely, in a prime location and the pool was great. The property owner was easy to communicate with and provided exceptional customer service. Will definitely consider renting again in the future.

Great Condo!!

Beautiful condo in a nice quiet location. Spacious layout, we were 5 adults and 1 child and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the large pool and the great restaurants just minutes away. Rehoboth beach is a short drive and is a really nice beach with plenty of shopping. The beach is also ADA accessible! Mr Johnson was very responsive and a great host. We would love to return next year!

We consider ourselves fortunate that summers with our two young children were filled with building sand castles, searching for shells, eating treats on the boardwalk, and don't forget Funland! Location! Location! Location! You have easy access to the vibrant Rehoboth Beach restaurant scene and allows you to leave your car at home as outlet shopping is right across the street. In addition, the park and ride is minutes away.
There is also a beautiful onsite pool and pond with water features, which you can view from the balcony. You will be given pool passes to access the private community pool. There are bike racks where you can chain your bike following an afternoon ride. Bike trails are readily available a short distance away.
