Set right on Pukehina Beach, only a 30-minute drive to Mount Maunganui, 40 minutes to Tauranga, Papamoa only a 20-minute drive.

Known for its long stretches of sand, peaceful vibe, and stunning sunrises. Ideal for swimming, walking, or simply doing nothing at all.

🛋️ During Your Stay

✅ House Rules

• No smoking inside.

• No parties, events or tents.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.

• Please remove sandy shoes before entering – there is a hose outside to use

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.



Amenities

We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.
