The space
Sun, Strum Surf is a bright, sun-filled four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with two living areas and a covered deck that looks straight out over the estuary and dunes. Designed for families who want to relax and play, the layout gives everyone room to spread out a comfy lounge for downtime, a music room for the creatives, and a deck that soaks up all-day sun and peaceful water views. Upstairs is a large bedroom with Queen and a full bathroom. Downstairs features 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and one with a set of Single bunks and a second bathroom and laundry.
It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the surf beach and estuary.

LINEN OPTIONS: In traditional 'Kiwi' bach style, we keep the pricing low by guest's bringing their own linen. However, if you don't want the hassle, or travel make this not an option, just let us know and we can add the linen rental package for you for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared. If you are bringing your own linen, you will need top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, duvets and duvet covers will be provided.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
