THE COASTAL HOUSE, Meads Bay, Anguilla
The Coastal House is an award-winning, luxurious Caribbean home set on a picturesque beachfront location in Anguilla. The property is surrounded by calm, turquoise waters, white sand beaches and exotic gardens. It sits on 1.5 acres of land right on the beach of Meads Bay on the island’s west coast and boasts 17,000 square feet of living space.
Along with direct beach access, a spectacular infinity pool and the private tennis court are two more of the property’s highlights. Guests can also unwind in one of the many outdoor spaces dedicated to relaxation or entertainment, including a large Jacuzzi, furnished terraces, poolside sun loungers, and al fresco dining spaces.
Indoors, guests are surrounded by world-class design, stunning views, lavish amenities and unique water features that can be seen throughout the property. The concept of the property is to ensure that it is possible to either see or hear water from anywhere in the house. The contemporary design combines sleek geometric shapes with clean straight lines. The ambience oozes elegance, modernity and high-class.
There is a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that make most of the mesmerising sea views. Adjacent to the living area is the beautiful dining table, and further on, the fully-equipped kitchen opens out onto the stunning poolside terrace.
On the lower level is a luxurious entertainment suite, which includes a spacious home theatre and state-of-the-art entertainment and leisure system with sound, light, music and overall mood control. Guests can totally unwind in the games room with its pool table and other recreational amenities, or keep up with their fitness in the fully-equipped, modern gym.
There are eight master bedrooms spread across the property, with seven in the main villa and one in a separate guest house, ideal for those looking for a little more privacy. The property has 10 large and luxurious bathrooms that feature fantastic outdoor showers and views of either the sea or the garden.
The full staff team at The Coastal House will ensure that all guests’ needs are taken care of. The private chefs, butler, housekeepers and property manager are at the disposal of guests, ensuring a relaxing and unforgettable stay.
