Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave garbage and recycling in the suite and we will dispose of it. Kindly leave the damp linens in the shower basin.
Please LOCK THE DOOR when leaving (Touch the key card to the circular lock on the outside of the door ⭕️ until it flashes red).
RETURN THE KEY CARD TO THE LOCK BOX before exiting the building.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The entire Bradshaw building is smoke/vape/marijuana free. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or contents, missing items, or excessive cleaning charges during their stay.

Why they chose this property

Downtown Stratford! What more could you ask for: theatres, dining, nightlife and even a wine bar and coffee shop in the lower level of the Bradshaw building. Most local attractions (Avon Theatre/ Tom Patterson Theatre/ Festival Theatre/ downtown shopping and the beautiful Avon River) are just a 5 to 10 minute walk away. There is always something to do in Stratford no matter what time of year you visit!

"Originally built in 1903 in the Edwardian classical style, complete with channeled brick and radiating vousisoirs framing arched windows and entrances, the Mooney Biscuit and Candy Factory defined the entrepreneurial spirit of the time. Operating as the largest factory of its kind in Canada, it was lit with its own electricity, powered by its own steam and was the only firm in the country to own and operate its own railroad car with spur line connecting it to the national railway.
