Gite fitted out in a beautiful detached house 1.6 km from the listed market town of Sare. Ground floor: fitted kitchen (microwave, American fridge, induction hob), living room, lounge (fireplace), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, wc, pantry (tumble dryer). Upstairs: relaxation landing (armchairs), 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with private bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 cot), bathroom (bath, shower), wc. Beds made on arrival, linen and towels provided. Oil central heating included. Wood included. Large terrace + covered terrace in front. Garden furniture, plancha. Garage, car park. Large enclosed garden. Possibility to rent 2 electric bikes on site. A cleaning deposit of 80€ will be requested for stays of one week and 40€ for short stays. A beautiful Labourdin-style house in the heart of a privileged setting
