Self-contained 21 square metre king studio - compact and well-designed - with private bathroom, kitchenette and one free underground car park. Step outside and the lake walk, town centre and Queenstown Gardens are all within easy reach. A practical base for two in the heart of Queenstown.

The complex has shared BBQ and picnic areas and a children`s playground.
Hot Tub
The hot tub is shared with complex guests and bookable through the Swissbel reception on-site.

15 minutes from Queenstown Airport by car. 45 minutes to Remarkables Ski Area and Coronet Peak. Frankton shopping centre 10 minutes by car.
On arrival
The studio is stocked with coffee, tea and milk. Toiletries including body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

Self check-in - full instructions and parking details sent 24 hours before arrival. Please keep the key in the lockbox during your stay and on check-out. For any queries please contact our team directly.
The studio is located in an apartment complex that is jointly managed by a different company. Please reach out to us directly for any enquiries. Please do not use the Swissbel Suites Pounamu Reception.

Kitchenette is suited to light meal preparation - no gas hob or oven. 16-20 stairs between the underground car park and the studio - no elevator. Height restrictions apply for underground parking. Laundry shared with one neighbouring unit at the entrance.

• This is a residential area – no parties or events.
• Outdoor areas are subject to council quiet hours (10pm–7am).
• No amplified sound or music outdoors between 8pm–8am.
• Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be considerate of neighbours.

• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
