All beds are professionally made with high-quality serviced linen. Each guest is supplied with a towel and face cloth. If you plan to visit the beach or hot pools, please bring additional towels.

A large heat pump keeps the home warm and cozy in winter, and cool during the warmer months.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
