A truly stunning, brand new, stylish 2 bedroom apartment, right in the centre of town!
Ideally suited to one or two singles/couples, or a small family. Your group can enjoy the convenience of being within a stone`s throw of all the great cafes and shops of Ocean Grove, there is a great park directly across the road and the main beach is an easy ten-minute walk away.

This brand new block of apartments is centrally located on Hodgson Street, right opposite the park. The apartments are secure with locked gates and room for one car to park inside under a carport, additional cars have access to free on-street parking.

The space is cosy, stylish and comfortable, with all the little luxuries you would expect. There are queen beds in both bedrooms, the master with ensuite, the second bedroom is opposite the main bathroom. There is an open plan living space with leather lounge suite and gas log fire, well equipped kitchen, and dining space with large sliding doors that open right up to the outside deck.

Guests can stay home, relax and enjoy the comfort of this modern apartment or step out and you have the centre of Ocean Grove at your doorstep!

Guests have access to the whole apartment. Access is via keys in a key lock box. Instructions to access the property are provided within 24 hours of your stay.

This is a single level property, there are no steps.
GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and
agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please
treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours.
Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or
bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make a reservation at our property.
Please follow parking guidelines where provided.
CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out
time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior
arrangement/availability and extra charges may apply.
Contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the
key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a
management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property
and if required replacement of keys.
THIS PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY
-the rear yard is fully enclosed;, you must pick up after your pet. Maximum 2 dogs upon agreement only. Pets are welcome but must not go on beds or other furniture. Pets must not under any circumstances be left inside the home unattended.
You understand you are responsible for damages caused by your pet, including extra cleaning charges or for cleaners required to pick up dog poo from the yard.
UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to
unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you
immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your
stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. HostyCo will not
be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforeseen
unavoidable circumstances.
PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in
immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional,
cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any
guest during their stay if we deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS
PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.
There should be no disturbance to neighbours at any time during your stay.
LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where
supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon
request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any
damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen may incur a
charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping
service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee .
YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and
loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this
immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs.
Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as
occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive
noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction
without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise
should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $70 (or $100 after hours) call out fee for
management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.
Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the
appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed
away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure
will incur a $100 fee. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All
furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
Smoking is not permitted in the property. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the
property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
HostyCo is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
