This property has no association with Couran Cove, This property operates with power, water, sewerage through the estates services.
There is no vehicle access to or on the island. The only way to reach the property is by water.
Bring your own boat / jet ski or come over via water taxi. Local water taxi companies (carry 8-10 people) that provide services to and from the property from either Runaway Bay or Paradise point, Park the car there and be delivered directly to your pontoon . Boat hire is available. As there are no shops on the island BYO food and drinks, The good news is the house is fully equipped with everything you’ll need a well‑stocked kitchen, appliances, cookware, and all the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable.
Lastly, Pets are not permitted at the property.
