With direct beach access and a location within walking distance to local restaurants and shops, you’ll have everything you need close by from casual seafood spots to quick coffee runs before heading out for the day.

The Space
Inside, the layout is open and thoughtfully arranged to keep everyone connected while still offering room to unwind. The living area opens to a Gulf-facing balcony where you can take in wide water views, while a second balcony overlooks the lagoon, giving you two unique spots to enjoy different sides of the property. Start your morning with coffee as the sun rises over the water, then wind down in the evening with a drink and the sound of the waves nearby.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals, complete with a coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. The dining area seats four, and just outside, you’ll find an outdoor dining setup with seating for six, perfect for meals with a Gulf view. A washer and dryer are also included, making longer stays more convenient.

Just one mile from the main intersection in Gulf Shores, this location keeps you close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions while still enjoying beachfront access. Beach services are provided by Ike’s for added convenience during your stay.

Additional amenities include outdoor barbecue grills located at the flagpole between buildings 1 and 2, along with access to both an outdoor pool and a kiddie pool. Guests can also enjoy the pools in buildings 1 and 2, which feature heated pools during the winter months from November to March on an alternating annual schedule maintained by the HOA, giving you more options for a swim even during cooler days.
