The condo is approximately 1536 sq ft with 9-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances all set in granite counter tops. The living/dining area provides a relaxing space with incredible water views of the Gulf. The primary bedroom features a king bed, en suite bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combo, private balcony with water views overlooking Little Lagoon. The two guest bedrooms both feature a queen bed, one of which has an en suite bathroom with double vanities and tub/shower combo. The hall bath has a standard one sink vanity and tub/shower combo. Sleeps 6. King, Queen, Queen. No Sofa Sleeper. 25 year age limit.

Sanibel is a 17-story building across street from the beach located approximately 2.6 miles West of Highway 59. The property offers resort amenities including outdoor pool, beach access about a block down, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and grilling area. Lagoon Pass Park is right behind the building. There is a two car limit. 25 year age limit to rent. 2 car limit.
