1st floor: another living room with access to a large, equipped terrace, 1 single (bed + extra bed) and 2 double bedrooms, laundry (washing mashine, iron); a few steps forward up you have 3 double rooms, one of them with access to another spacious terrace.

Peaceful relaxing time

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Villa up on the hill overlooking the lake. Great views and a great garden. We had lots of room for the 5 adults and 5 children and one baby. We would stay there again.

Family vacation lake garda

My family and a friend totally 9 people stayed at this property for a week. That’s a lot of people to please but with 6 bedrooms and 6 and a half baths there was plenty of space for all. Great views of the lake from multiple decks. All family members took a turn making dinner that we enjoyed eating on the large deck. If we are in the area again I would not hesitate in booking this fantastic property if available.

Schöne Aussicht

Die Aussicht auf den Gardasee ist super. Zu den Stränden ist es mit Gepäck/SUP schwierig zu kommen. Hier wird das Auto benötigt. Die Kommunikation und der Check in waren super und problemlos. Ein Pool wäre der Hit...Aber im Haus war es trotz Hitze angenehm.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 6 Personen angereist. Das Haus, die besondere Lage, fast alleine in der Höhe, den tollen Ausblick auf den Lago beim Frühstück sowie beim Abendessen hat uns allen super gefallen. Wir konnten uns voll entspannen. Das Haus hat auch für jeden von uns den passenden Rückzugsort wenn mal die Ruhe zum Lesen gesucht worden ist. Es war alles da was gebraucht worden ist. Auch war der Kontakt, das Gespräch und der unkomplizierte Umgang mit der sehr netten Vermieterin sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war toll!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen war sie sofort für uns da. Das Haus liegt sehr schön, 5 Minuten von Garda entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Easter week 2022

We had a wonderful week in the property and were able to enjoy the sights and sounds of Lake Garda, plus Verona and Venice thrown in. The property is well spaced and with nine people we certainly felt comfortable and were not sitting on top of one another. Each bedroom was spacious and had its own ensuite which was great. The drive to the property takes some getting used to and the road leading up is easily missed when on the main road. Once you are up to the property you are rewarded with stunning views over the lake and a great sense of calm and peace. One final word for Lia at the property who has been fabulous all the way through the Covid experience, from the early enquires back in 2020 to us finally getting to the property in 2022! I would very happily return to Lake Garda and to this property also, I miss it already!

Amazing view and lots of space

The house is spacious and every bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The citrus garden and multiple terraces and lovely garden invite meals outside. Make sure to bring something to protect from mosquito bites. There are 3 beaches in easy walking distance. A few hundred meters follow the busy road though to access 2 of the beaches. The owner is very friendly and helpful and speaks German fluently.

Toller Rückzugsort mit viel Platz

Durch die vielen Zimmer (jedes mit frisch renoviertem Badezimmer) gibt es auch bei vielen Gästen genug Privatsphäre. Die unterschiedlichen Ebene des Hauses sind alle durch Treppen verbunden. Das Hause liegt sehr schön inmitten eines Waldes und bietet von den unterschiedlichen Terrassen aus einen hervorragenden Blick über den See. Die Gastgeberin hat uns bereits vor der Anreise um unsere Anliegen gekümmert und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort!

Traumlage und Herzlichkeit in der Betreuung des Aufenthalts in Einem

Wir (3 verwandte Familien, 3 Generationen) haben eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen dürfen. Haus und Anwesen sind sehr gepflegt, sauber und tip top. Die Ausstattung von Zimmern, Bädern, Küche und Gemeinschaftsbereichen ist vorbildlich (wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser in I, F und ES genutzt, dieses stach besonders hervor). Die Lage ist der Hit, freier Blick auf den See und Wald - man ist für sich inmitten dieser üppigen Vegetation. Als besonders wertvoll haben wir die überaus herzliche, engagierte, professionelle und sehr großzügige Betreuung durch Sig. Poggi erlebt. Ich empfehle dieses Haus / Objekt all jenen, die diesen Rahmen zu schätzen wissen, die Einrichtung pfleglich behandeln, als ob es ihr eigenes Zuhause wäre, damit es lange in diesem Zustand bleiben möge.

Einfach Super!

Unser Familienurlaub mit 9 Erwachsenen und einem Baby in diesem wunderschönen Haus im Park über dem Gardasee wird uns allen unvergesslich bleiben. Sechs Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, mehrere Terrassen mit Seeblick, große Tische in Esszimmer und auf einer Terrasse, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Markisen, Liegen und ... und ...! Und dann noch Frau Poggi, die schon unsere Emailanfragen im Vorfeld sehr nett (in sehr gutem Deutsch) beantwortete und auch bei der Wohnungsübergabe außerordentlich zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und nett war. Zu viel gelobt? Nein! Es war wirklich super!

Haus mit Aussicht

Die beste Aussicht die wir je hatten. Wir sind mit 4 Familien angereist. Das Haus bietet für alle den geeigneten Platz um sich zu erholen. Die Küche ist für so ein großes Haus ein wenig klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die beiden Kühlschränke bieten genügend Platz. Jedem Schlafzimmer ist ein eigenes Bad zugeordnet. Zum Teil sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich noch zwei weitere Gebäude die nicht zum Ferienhaus gehören. Der Bewohner oberhalb möchte nicht, dass sein Hof zum Wenden der Autos genutzt wird, dies war aber der einzige Kontakt den wir mit den benachbarten Anwohnern hatten. Die Terrassen mit dem Blick auf den See sind einfach fantastisch und durch die Markise über der unteren Terrasse ist diese auch jederzeit nutzbar gewesen. Wem es zu heiß war, der konnte einen schattigeren Platz vor dem oberen Gebäudeausgang unter den Bäumen finden. Der Fußweg zum See ist nichts für Menschen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, aber wir fanden ihn durchaus gut zu bewältigen. Für Kinderwagen aber nicht geeignet. Alles in allem ist das Haus ein wunderbarer Platz um den See zu geniesen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Der einzige Grund warum ich nur 4 von 5 Sternen vergebe ist, dass keine Liegen für den Aussenbereich zur Verfügung standen und ein Pool das Tüpfelchen auf dem I wäre. Ich kann La Limonaia nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank Frau Poggi für die nette Betreuung vor Ort. Vielen Grüße . A.S.

Schönes Haus in top Lage

Wir waren zu 8. dort, sodass fast jeder ein Zimmer für sich hatte. Die Lage des Hauses mit Blick auf den Gardasee war sehr schön und auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei!

Wonderfull vacation for a group of adult golfers

We had a wonderful stay at this Villa - overlooking the Garda lake. A group af mid-aged male golfers spent a week at this Villa that was a very nice accommodation. It easily can accomodate our group of 9 golfers - but can also easily give room for a larger group. The Villa is in a very nice setting - with a 180 degree view of the lake. One minor issue is, that you cannot easily walk to Garda Village - as the road is not offering a path - and you must walk on the car lanes. I will recommend the villa for all groups - golfers, family, and others looking for at great place. The host Lia is doing everything possible to make your stay nice - thanks.

The holiday house La Limonaia belongs to our family since long time. My grandfather, architect, built this mediterranean-style holiday house for my mother in a very large park where he lived. The property had also a lemon trees conservatory (Limonaia in Italian), which was quite typical for lake Garda, and my grandfather built our house around it. Therefore its name. My parents and the all of us appreciate its position in the green, its large terraces and the charming, beautiful views over lake Garda, and we rent it now that we cannot stay there any longer.
