About this property

Frogs Pond Vineyard romantic getaway on the Mornnington Peninsula.

Set on seven sprawling undulating acres of vines in the heart of Mornington Peninsula.
A taste of Tuscany, distinguished by its arresting sunset views over the Port Philip Bay sits Frogs Pond Vineyard, perked on top of the hill in Red Hill. A breathtaking estate where the Mediterranean Tuscan vineyard and elegant garden meets the natural beauty of Mornington Peninsula.
This exclusive property is perfect for relaxation and romantic proposals that demand timeless beauty and architectural grounding.
The architectural Tuscan house and vineyard is the undeniable hero of this property.
Terraced into the slope, it unfolds into a series of carefully structured outdoor rooms framed by the vines and scattered Italian pencil pines . At its centre is a swimming pool surrounded by natural blue stone, grass and Italian lavender bush framing the pool area, sun loungers, and umbrellas all ideal for relaxing time away with a loved one.
Beyond the pool area, the land opens into seven acres of 30 year old neatly planted vineyard and one of Peninsula's most impressive large man made lake with living and breeding frogs, which you hear at dusk when they are feeding and looking for their prairie.
As the sun begins to set, the vines come alive with ambient lighting. Paths are softly illuminated, creating a romantic, almost theatrical setting for golden hour portraits, outdoor dining vignettes, or moody evening scenes.

The lake at the bottom, with its seasonal Peninsula ducks and surrounding vineyard and some native plantings, add another layer of calm and natural movement to this incredibly romantic property.

I am an Interior Decorator/Designer based in Victoria and I live for all things Interior Design. I am often found with my head buried inside a design magazine or drooling over the latest of designs in many of books that I own. My head can only store SO many gorgeous images before I start to lose important functions such as speech. I believe in Philanthropic causes, giving back and helping others… and in giving back to the community and to the planet through Sustainable practices. “My designs are unique, they’re the result of a synergy with my clients. I filter their dreams through my trained eye”

Why they chose this property

Frogs Pond reflects unique luxury on the Mornington Peninsula. A contemporary designed villa accomodation overlooking a spectacular vineyard and a coastal view across Port Philip Bay towards the city. This is all captured from the private terrace and luxury interior. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with crisp white bed linen accentuated with a French linen throw. The living area is furnished with a modern comfortable sofa and an open fire place. A full functional kitchen with a Bosch coffee machine, cooktop, oven and a large fridge. The ensuite features a large shower with two wall hanging basin overlooking the vines, with lush linen bathrobes and organic bathroom products for your comfort.

What makes this property unique

With seven acres of undulating vines, sculptural Italian pencil pines, and curated outdoor zones that unfold down the slope, this Mornington Peninsula property delivers cinematic scale and grounded beauty in equal measure.
The Tuscan-inspired home and vineyard form the architectural and visual heart of the location.
Terraced into the landscape, the estate opens into a series of outdoor "rooms" framed by lavender bushes, blue stone paving, lush lawns, and refined seating zones. At its centre, a sun-drenched pool area sits nestled between nature and design. The sun loungers, natural textures, and flowing layout invite creative teams to move fluidly through the space, capturing content that feels grounded and luxuriously slow.
From here, the land stretches outward into thirty-year-old vineyards and culminates at a vast, man-made lake-a serene basin that reflects the sky and hosts local wildlife, including breeding frogs whose evening chorus fills the air at dusk. It's a detail that feels straight from a European film set, adding natural rhythm and ambiance.
Uninterrupted views across the vineyard, out to Port Phillip Bay, and-on clear days-all the way to Melbourne's skyline.
As golden hour arrives, the estate transforms. The vines catch the light, pathways glow with soft illumination, and the entire property takes on a theatrical quality.
