The space
There are 3 good size bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is a cot available if needed. Please let us know prior.
There is a large eat in kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, crock pot and air fryer. There is a living room with a few board games and a 32 inch tv with Netflix, Prime and YouTube.
Full bathroom and a laundry area with washer and dryer.

Guest access
There is a keypad lock on the entrance to the front of the house and a keypad lock on the door to the 3 bedroom apartment. Guest will be given a temporary passcode for the keypad

The location was absolutely fantastic; five minutes walk from the harbor. Cynthia was responsive and warm. Everything was in order. Bedrooms were comfy and it was great to be able to do laundry. Highly recommend.

This is a great spot right in the heart of downtown Pictou, The home has three queen-sized beds. It was good for the three of us, but does not provide adequate seating in the kitchen and living room for three couples. Everything was clean and in working condition. Thanks to Cindy for her hospitality!

Thank you so much for your review. You and your parents were an absolute pleasure to host and we thank you for choosing "Nova by the Sea." There are more chairs for seating at the kitchen table or adding them to the living room in the storage under the stairs in the suite. Your reservation was for 3 guests..I didn't figure you'd need anymore seating. Rest assured for for reservations with more guests we can definitely accomadate in beds and seating for up to 7 as advertised. (We have a cot for a 7th guest if needed). Thanks again for staying with us and we look forward to hosting you again. We appreciate you!

We loved the home away from home feel of this place! This is the lower level of a well maintained older home and Cindy has equipped it with a fully stocked kitchen and living area for guests. It is in the perfect location ! Less than 5 minute walk to the harbour and restaurants, made it easy to grab dinner to go from Nook & Cranny (yum!) and see the beautiful Pictou harbour area. Cindy started us off feeling welcomed with homemade chocolate chip cookies! As a family, having a well stocked kitchen made this stay very comfortable and easy. It’s a very humid area, so Cindy showed us how to make good use of the AC inverter with dehumidifier function. Fully functional and new laundry machines also made this stay perfect for a stop on a road trip!
