New, clean property. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Cute porch. Loved being able to bring our dog! Conveniently located, approximately 15 minutes to Johnson City, which was fun, toured Appalachian Caverns, played at Tie Breakers. Just fyi- minimal cookware and dishes and no dishwasher.
