This location was an overall amazing stay! Nice and quiet, with a very cozy atmosphere both inside and out. Along with the homeowner, Mrs. Janet, being super responsive and attentive during the entirety of my stay. I always wanted to live in Erwin, especially in my grandparents' home. This was the place of happy childhood memories. When all of the senior family passed, I purchased the property, embarked on major renovations and now live where I always wanted to live. My house is next door to The Cottage, the BNB. I often reflected on owning a BNB, and now I do. This property is family property. I get the pleasure of living in it.

What makes this property unique

The Cottage is furnished mostly with antique items formerly belonging to my grandparents. The bedroom set in the main bedroom was my grandparent's bedroom furniture. The spool beds in the other bedroom belonged to one of my aunts. The dish cabinet in the kitchen was my grandmothers. These items add to the cozy ambiance of the house. My hope is that guests will appreciate the uniqueness of The Cottage and respect my family heritage.
