We stayed in Snohomish for a wedding and it was perfect for our family. The huge kitchen and dining area were great! Lots of space to play the many games provided by the host.

Snohomish was a great place for our cousins weekend! Great home, restaurants, shopping, plenty of space for our group. Hosts were super attentive and accommodating. We had a great time!

Amy and her group were fantastic guests. Extremely respectful and tidy we’d have them again any time
We stayed here to go to a family function in the area. This is at a great location! There was a lot of room for the littles to run around and a big kitchen to hang out in! Lisa was great and very helpful! We will stay here again!

Thanks Doug! You were great and left the home nice. Glad to host again…
What a beautiful home! Me, my husband, our two kids under 4, my in-laws, and our 2 dogs stayed here while traveling to the area for a wedding. We were very happy with how little baby-proofing we needed to do before letting our crawler loose and thought it was sweet they even had dog beds and bowls out. We had definitely stay here again.
The host accommodated a short term stay with little notice due to circumstances of needing the home. Everything was excellent and I would highly recommend staying here! Thanks for everything!

Art and his family were very nice… We’d recommend them to a future VRBO host
We had 16 people for Thanksgiving Dinner and it came off without a flaw. Our hosts, the Langs, were kind and helpful. She even loaned a large pot for our potatoes. The home is filled with character and provided all we needed for our gathering.

Thanks Bob, as you know we have a small business next door. We loved hearing the fun and laughter as well as lived hosting you all. We’re so happy to hear you had a nice time! Come again any time!
The home was a very well maintained older home. It was very well stocked with linens and towels. Not enough silverware for everyone, but the rest of the kitchen had what we needed. My elderly parents stayed with us and if there had been pictures of the staircase we would have stayed in a different home, it was steep! Otherwise, very nice
Went to Snohomish for a family event. Location of home worked out great for us. Home is classical Victorian built back in the day. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one on each floor. The VBRO is split from the rest of the property which has a dog grooming business and long term rental.
Parking is on 4th Ave in front of the home.
Stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and narrow so if you have someone with disabilities, just be aware.
Hosts were easy and good to work with.
We were going to Snohomish for a family wedding and the host very kindly agreed to let us hold a family dinner at the house. There were about 15 people and the host provided us with an extra table and extra chairs. It was wonderful! My only comment would be to let people know that the bathroom/shower upstairs is only accessible by going through the master bedroom. This made it a little awkward for night time bathroom trips. However, having a host who allowed our family to gather in their rental more than made up for that slight inconvenience.

Great group of people and we’d definitely host again!
They house has a very nice gathering area with a wide-open and bright kitchen and a large dining table that comfortably seats six. The living room has plenty of seats as well, especially after we move the small loveseat from the entryway into the living room.
We stayed here during an unusually hot and smoky weekend, though, and the house is not well set up for that. The host provided more than enough fans. We did our best the window fans blowing cool air in at night and warm air

Yes unfortunately the weather was much hotter than usual. Most homes in our area don’t have AC because of our mild climate, it’s really unneeded. We brought several brand new fans to help try to make sure the guests more comfortable
This house was a great location to stay at for our Snohomish wedding weekend! My wedding party loved being able to stay together before/after the big day. We used the spacious kitchen and dining room areas to keep everyone fed/hydrated while also hosting a glam team to do our hair & make up. We appreciated having space to spread out and the natural light was an added bonus. The downstairs living room and kitchen area was the highlight for our stay. We also enjoyed great walks to/from the historical downtown & river front each morning! We didn’t expect the large building structure to be shared with other businesses, but it was not an issue at all for us. The stairs, as the hosts and others have noted, are truly too steep for anyone with mobility issues but again it was a non-issue for our group. Thank you to our great hosts for letting us stay!
Our getaway included my partner, son and his family. The six of us had a wonderful stay. With a car we could easily visit friends in Everett, the zoo, and a ball game and not have to deal with Seattle traffic. We used the commuter train from Northgate to reach the stadium. Snohomish is a great little town, with good grocery stores. Brew pubs without big city hassles. We'd stay again. Oh the house is spacious, clean and had everything we needed.
Great place! Neat old house was fun to stay at, but really watch those stairs. Overall very clean, except for one pull out couch had some crumbs in it possible from previous guests. My friend just slept on the couch. The house is not a stand alone house, the owners or some other tenant live in the other side with doors marked as do not enter. The listing does not state this and I thought I was getting a standalone house. Other than that it fulfilled all our needs for the weekend and the hosts were very communicative and offered suggestions for activities in town. We appreciated the grill as well and had a great dinner in the large dining room.
It worked well for family of 6 to have rooms/privacy, and me on the couch downstairs in the living room. The shower is part of the master bedroom suite. Stairs are really steep! Owner has gates top and bottom. It's a dog friendly place and there seemed to be hair here and there. Kitchen was spotless. Park on the slope close to the porch. We didn't spend any group time there, but the dining area is a nice big space.
This rental exceeded our expectations overall, the only improvement would be to stock the Keurig machine, we had to buy coffee supplies, but this did not diminish our quality time.
We came to a wedding in Snohomish, and found this lovely home perfect for the 6 adults in my family. I loved the charming neighborhood. The stairs to the bedrooms would definitely be a problem for elderly folks, but worked fine for us.

Great location and stay
We had family in town for our wedding that had been postponed from last year. Wedding venue was in Snohomish county so this rental was the perfect midway point for all activities. Only minor issues were we weren't able to find toilet paper in the restrooms, sheets were musty, not much hot water, and the common laundry area had laundry in it that appears to have been left in there for a few weeks and was musty and smelly. Regarding the hot water for a place that advertises sleeping 8, hot water ran out after the first shower which was disappointing.

It’s impossible for the hot water to run out as the house has a tankless water heater. The laundry room is the only shared area with the home caretaker on the other wing of the house and has no access to the main house. They may have had something in the washer but certainly not for weeks as we, the property owners are there as soon as a guest checks out to assess how they’ve left it and to start washing linens immediately. It’s all in the description…
