Relax in this comfortable apartment. With a whole level to yourself, enjoy this roomy, 67m2 quiet and peaceful space, plus your own large lockup garage. Your stay is centrally located between North Avalon and Whale Beaches. (Just a 2 minute drive to each.) A restaurant and public transport very close by. Avalon Village also just 2 minutes away. Very large bathroom with laundry/kitchenette facilities. Tea, coffee included. Microwave and bar fridge.

The space
2 bedrooms, (1 x queen bed, 1 x 2 single beds). Lounge with dining table, smart TV, 2 seat sofa, and electric leather recliner. Large bathroom with shower, bath and basin. Separate toilet. Kitchenette and laundry. Beach towels provided.

Guest access
Whole lower level of house, no steps. Entry through your own secure lock up garage, and straight into the apartment.

Other things to note
Hosts maybe on the upper level completely sealed off from guests. Please no parties or pets. Very quiet and private tenant in granny flat in far back yard. Single car lock up garage and also street parking available.
